We keep it simple for you. Choose the length of your massage therapy & bodywork treatment and your healing arts practitioner. When you arrive for your session we will determine the best approach to your goals together. Our multitalented practitioners (learn more about them on the Practitioner page) bring an array of skills to each treatment so you can benefit from what they do best.

Couples Treatments. While we don’t offer couples treatments in the same room, we may be able to accommodate you and your friend, family member or loved one in separate treatment rooms. Since The Blue Buddha hosts only 2 clients at a time, the space will feel like your own. When booking your 60 or 90 minute appointment simply schedule 2 treatments with 2 different practitioners at the same time (for the same length of time). Specialty Treatments. These are the sessions offered other than our Standard Treatments of 60, 75 and 90 minutes.
The Ritual with Erik, 90 minutes, $170. Inspired by a recent adventure in Thailand, The Ritual combines warmth, natural fragrance and tradition to create a tension melting treatment. Three elements flow together with the bodywork you need the day of your treatment. Fair trade Thai herbal compresses are steamed to release the properties of their 12 traditional healing herbs and applied to the neck, hot basalt stones combine with luxurious imported organic virgin coconut oil for a muscle easing back treatment and a custom blended organic hot oil hair/scalp treatment inspired by the Ayurvedic tradition of India will bring new radiance to your hair and a healthy boost to your scalp. After your session you’ll take home your Thai herbal compresses to use 3-5 more times. (Not recommended on very warm days and not available during pregnancy.)
Renew with Siri, 90 minutes, $170. A treatment designed to illuminate your inner and outer self! We begin with full body dry brushing which stimulates the lymphatic system and exfoliates the skin, allowing elimination of toxins and fresh blood flow to the surface. Next, a combination of an invigorating sea salt scrub, and a gentle and nourishing herbal body polish will target tough areas like your back, elbows and feet. Hot towels are then applied to help open and cleanse the pores. Soak up organic blended oils during your soothing aromatherapy massage, leaving you vibrant and glowing.
Total Wellness with Hannah, 90 minutes, $175. A full body massage and a Cleansing Facial choreographed into one 90-minute treatment for a decadent break from your day.
Shantih with Sheryl, 90 minutes, $150. The Whole*istic cleansing facial combined with massage for your back, neck and shoulders. Ease tensions and increase your sense of peace. Restore luster and glow to your complexion.
Nirvana with Sheryl, 120 minutes, $185. Experience bliss with Ayurvedic aromatherapy massage for the body followed by a Whole*istic cleansing facial. A state of grace for your skin and your soul.
OMassage with Sheryl, 90 minutes, $120. Combines a personalized yoga session concentrating on unwinding habitual patterns of tension through yin and restorative poses with a bodywork sivasana for deep relaxation. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing.
30 minutes with Siri, Hannah or Sheryl. $50.

Skin Care. Offered by Licensed Esthetician Hannah Sowd and Sheryl Leaf. (Saturday, Monday and Wednesday only)

*Cleansing Facial. Tailored to suit the specific needs of your skin. Each session includes an enzyme exfoliation, steam, extractions and a customized mask. 60 minutes, $100.
Deep Skin Ionization Facial. Uses a direct galvanic current to introduce water soluble solutions into the skin, kill the bacteria associated with acne and firm the skin. You will notice how exceptionally clean and rejuvenated your skin looks and feels after the first treatment. A combination of treatments and proper use of skin care products will give your skin the appearance of a smoother, more youthful tone and texture. 75 minutes, $125.
Deep Skin Ionization with Reflexology. Enjoy 20 minutes of foot reflexology while the Ionization mask is working it’s magic. 75 minutes, $165.
*Glycolic Acid Peel. Glycolic acid is a combination of alpha-hydroxy fruit acids proven to be effective for gentle exfoliation of the skin. A Glycolic Acid Peel may be done alone or in combination with one of the above facial treatments for maximum effectiveness. Regular treatments will help combat pigmentation, fine lines, wrinkles and acne.

*Antioxidant Facial. This healing treatment is ideal for dry, mature or sun damaged skin. It combines gentle cleansing, steam and extractions with Hannah’s custom skin serum (argon oil, neem, wild carrot seed extract and pure vitamin C) and a Norweigian Antioxidant Superfruit Mask. 60 minutes/$115.
Back Treatment. Add this 30 minute treatment to any massage or facial for extra pampering! A combination of hot towels, exfoliating scrub and massage with antioxidant vitamin c lotion leaves your back feeling smooth and relaxed.
30 minutes/$65.
*Hair Removal. All hair removal is done with a combination of threading and tweezing, making it safe for even the most sensitive skin.
Eye Brows, 15 minutes, $25.
Lip, 15 minutes, $25.
Acupuncture. Offered by Eric Kerr, Licensed Acupuncturist. (Wednesday and Friday only)

Community Acupuncture Lounge. Experience acupuncture in an intimate group setting. Treatment will include acupuncture points on your hands/arms, feet/legs, head, and ears. Please wear loose clothing that allows access to these areas.

Private Acupuncture Treatment. Enjoy your comprehensive acupuncture treatment in one of our privat treatment rooms. Private treatments are appropriate for more complex cases and may include a broad range of Chinese Medicine Modalities.

Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture. Helps the whole body look and feel younger. This Constitutional treatment costs less than surgical procedures, is less toxic than medications, and draws upon the ancient Chinese wisdom related to longevity and overall balance. After the first treatment, experience a glowing complexion – feel and look “well rested.” Continual treatments bring more dramatic and lasting effects.
